Raw Hemp Protein Burgers… No BBQ Required?!!

1 1/2 cups almonds soaked

1 cup hemp seed nuts

1 package clover sprouts or the Eatmore Deli Mix sprouts

1/4 cup hemp protein powder

2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast

6 to 8 sprigs cilantro

3 to 4 sprigs flat leaved parsley

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 clove minced garlic crushed with chunky Celtic salt using blunt edge of knife

3 tbsp tahini

1 1/2 tsp ground cumin

2 green onions chopped fine

1 stalk celery minced

Seasoning salt if needed

Blend almonds in a food processor to meal consistency. Then add sprouts, hemp seed nuts, hemp protein, cilantro, parsley, lime juice, garlic, tahini, and cumin. Blend mixture until it balls in food processor. Mix in the minced celery and green onions and roll into little burger patties.
