HEMP TZATZIKI DIP!

Watcha gunna need:

1 Cucumber

1 1/4 cups natural plain greek yogurt

3 tbsp hemp oil

½ squeezed fresh lemon

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

1 – 2 tbsp hemp seed nuts

Use a pinch of sea salt & freshly ground pepper

Cut cucumber in half, remove seeds if desired, and finely chop.

Place cucumber in bowl, add the yogurt and hemp oil, mix well

Add garlic and chopped fresh dill, top it off with some hemp seed nuts.

Season to taste with salt & pepper

Cover and chill until ready to serve

SERVE CHILLED

KEEP REFRIGERATED UNTIL USE

USE WITHIN 3 DAYS

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: A healthy dip for fresh-cut vegetables, crackers or flatbread.
